What was my role:

I was Chief of Design at Grupo El Comercio. At this point I was managing a team of 4 designers and 4 front-end engineers. My role involved making staffing decisions, supervise most of the design and front-end work, and communicate with the sales, editorial and development departments.

What I worked on:

I worked on the information architecture of the site, wireframes and a couple of rounds of sketches. After that, the assigned designer took over, while I supervised and approved the concepts.

What was achieved:

Peru21 had an increase of average session length per user and unique monthly visitors.
