What was my role:

I was a designer in a small startup team. But, we all wore several hats: Front-End dev, Designer, QA, Marketing, etc.

What I worked on:

I participated in the discussion of new implementations, worked on refining design details, and on the development and design of new products.

Since the team was small and we had no physical office, communication and being reliable was very important.
